    Customers may return their item within 24–36 hours (you choose the policy).
    You choose the refund rules:

    • Store credit only (recommended for retailers)

    • OR full refund (optional)

    We handle the pickup, delivery back to your store, and re-stock notifications.

    B. Returns for in-store purchases (NOT bought through LABAU)

    Customers can still use LABAU to return items from your store.

    • They request a LABAU return pickup

    • We deliver the item back to you

    • You process it under your normal refund policy

    This increases customer satisfaction without adding labor on your end.

  • Every LABAU order includes:

    • Coverage for loss, theft, or damage

    • Courier background checks

    • Photo verification at delivery

    • In-app signature capture

    • Barcode + order number scanning at pickup and drop-off
